Fifteen City Council members called a special April 1 meeting to oust Ald. Byron Sigcho-Lopez (25) as chair of the council's Committee on Housing and Real Estate. Our audio features council members who spoke for and against the ousting resolution, and some of the very vocal spectators present in the council chamber.
