Reporter: 95 percent of most shootings unsolved

In five percent or less of non-fatal shootings, Chicago Police hold no one accountable, it's been revealed.

The startling statistic came from Sun-Times reporter Frank Main, in an Sept. 29, 2016 interview on Chicago Newsroom with host Ken Davis.

"Ninety-five percent of the time, if you shoot somebody and they survive, you can get away with it," Main said.
